Architectural Review 

Architectural Review authority comes from the Kensington Place Association Inc. Declaration of Covenants, Easements, Restrictions, Assessments and Liens. These restrictions provide specific guidelines about what sort of structures will be approved, what type of materials may be used in the process, etc. Plan ahead, read your restrictions and submit the Architectural Review Form before you start your project. 

UPDATE (August 10, 2019): Architectural Review is limited to FENCES, SHEDS (100 sq ft max) and DECKS. Replacement for like items do not require Archetectural review.
